Who controls your data. Spinz360 Events runs HuntBox and is the controller of competition admin data: your entry, photos, first name, mobile number and email, used to run and judge the competition and contact the winner.

Promoter marketing. If you tick the box to hear from the event's promoter, that promoter (named on the entry screen and rules page) is the controller of its own marketing list and is responsible for the messages it sends you. If you tick the box to hear from Spinz360 Events, Spinz360 Events controls that list.

How long we keep it. Mobile numbers and emails of people who didn't win are deleted 30 days after the competition closes, unless you opted in to marketing. Marketing consent lasts up to 24 months, after which your details are deleted or we ask you again. Photos are kept for the period set for the event.

Your rights. You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or opt out of marketing at any time, by emailing Info@spinz360events.com. Every marketing message will include a way to opt out.
